At submission, the talent lead pastes the recruiter's full written submission packet — rationale paragraph, calibration tier, stretch/contingent justification, reference summary — into the ledger and tags fit-tier. Resolution codes (offer outcome, accept/decline, 90-day pass/fail) are entered manually from the ATS within 2-12 weeks. AE's adversarial multi-model debate runs the packet text through the 6-pattern overclaim taxonomy at submission time and re-grades at resolution; at quarterly renewal the lead gets per-agency, per-recruiter autopsies showing which firms systematically over-tier, on which seniority bands, with which failure modes.
